Who monitors my progress? |

In most cases, the patient can self-monitor their agreed-upon routine, with periodic follow-up in their primary physician's office. Sometimes, at the discretion of the sports physician consultant, some of the individualized training sessions will be done in a monitored environment to insure proper technique and reduce the risk of injury. Similarly, in certain circumstances, it may be felt that group exercise programs may be the most effective option for a given patient. But in the end, the approach taken with any given patient is going to vary based on that individual's special needs. |
