Neil Nelsen comes to Stadia Sports Medicine as a NATABOC and State licensed Athletic Trainer. Previously he served two years as Head Athletic Trainer at Simpson College where he was in charge of team coverage for Football, Wrestling, and Track & Field. Two years previous to that he was the Assistant Athletic Trainer in charge of team coverage for Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, Wrestling, and baseball. While at Simpson College he also served as an instructor in the Athletic Training Education Program.
Neil graduated from Simpson College in 2001 with his bachelor's degree in Education and Athletic Training. He continued on to earn his master's degree in Health and Human Performance from Fort Hays State University in 2004.
